1. Agreement to Terms

By using InsuranceGrokBot, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you may not use the service.

2. Description of Service

InsuranceGrokBot is an AI-powered sales platform for life insurance agents. The service includes:

  • AI Texting: Outbound triggered SMS, inbound reply handling, objection management, and automatic calendar booking.
  • InsuranceGrokBot AI Calling: Fully autonomous AI phone calls powered by Grok speech-to-speech technology, including inbound and outbound calling with live calendar booking.
  • Smart Dialer: Auto-retry dialing that calls each lead up to 3 times with voicemail detection, AI-to-human handoff, intercept capability, and AI/human mode switching.
  • Spam Protection & Monitoring: Built-in spam score monitoring, number reputation tracking, and deliverability optimization.

The service is provided on a subscription basis. You are responsible for compliance with all applicable laws (TCPA, CAN-SPAM, insurance regulations).

3. Subscription and Payment

Individual subscription is $149.99/month, billed via Stripe. Agency plans are custom-priced based on agency size and requirements. You may cancel anytime. No refunds for partial months.

4. Fair Use Policy — Unlimited Minutes

All plans include "unlimited" calling and dialer minutes subject to the following fair use policy:

  • Each account is allocated up to 5,000 minutes per calendar month at no additional cost.
  • Usage beyond 5,000 minutes in a calendar month will be billed at $0.02 per additional minute.
  • Minute usage is calculated based on connected call time (from answer to hangup) and includes both AI-initiated and human-initiated calls through the dialer.
  • Unused minutes do not roll over to subsequent months.
  • InsuranceGrokBot reserves the right to review accounts with consistently excessive usage patterns and may contact you to discuss an appropriate plan upgrade.

This fair use policy is designed to ensure all users receive consistent, high-quality service. The vast majority of users will never exceed the 5,000-minute threshold.

5. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

6. Prohibited Use

You may not use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, including but not limited to:

  • Sending spam or unsolicited messages
  • Violating TCPA or other communication laws
  • Misrepresenting yourself or the bot
  • Using the service for non-insurance purposes
  • Abusing the dialer or AI calling system for robocalling, telemarketing fraud, or any purpose that violates FCC regulations

7. Intellectual Property

The service, including all code, design, and content, is owned by InsuranceGrokBot. You may not copy, modify, or reverse engineer any part of the service.

8. Limitation of Liability

InsuranceGrokBot is provided "as is". We are not liable for any damages arising from use of the service, including lost leads, failed appointments, call quality issues, or regulatory violations.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access at any time, without notice, for any reason, including violation of these terms or abuse of the fair use policy.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
